Who would trade anything of value for potentially 3 months of Kyrie (assuming he actually plays a full 3 months)?

Nobody should, but I'd certainly trade things without value like Lowry and Robinson.

Why would Brooklyn do that?

They shouldn't. Same with a Russ deal. Tough to imagine a trade that anybody would be willing to do that they'd go along with.

I think I'd take the two first rounders in a potential Russ deal. No long term money/bad contracts. Still, probably want a decent role player in the deal too.

The Lakers would be insane to do that.

(Doesn't mean they won't but sweet Moses...)

Wait, you're saying Brooklyn would want more than just the two firsts??

The Nets are 31-20 and only 5 1/2 games back of Boston for the top seed. And the guy demands a trade? Because of his contract? Lol.

They offered him a multi-year extension with the last year not fully guaranteed and "stipulations." Who wouldn't demand a trade in the face of such insolence.

The stipulation was probably "must play more than 50 games in a season if you are not injured".

I'd start there at least. Hold Pelinka (aka Lebron) to the fire a bit.

I think it's debatable whether the Lakers should be willing to give one of the firsts let alone both and additional compensation.

I wouldn't do it if I was the Lakers, but would consider it if they have assurances Kyrie would sign with them this summer. A hypothetical 2 year window with AD, Lebron, Kyrie is better than anything they will get with cap space this summer.

Who is the 3pt shooter on this squad? Ray Allen?
