I said this at one point last season.. I think he's been living the life.. I hope not tho

I dont get it.. he was on the hot seat even before the loss.. his first 2 seasons they went to the playoffs n last year missed by 1 game with his starting qb (among others) out for half the season

No. First get rid of Grier, hire a better GM. Get rid of all the valuable players, accumulate draft picks. Lose as many games as possible, draft a QB early in first round, develop him behind Tua in 2026, which should be the first year of the rebuild with another poor record, draft more good players high, get rid of Tua in 2027. Then compete.
