He wasn't supposed to think Superman had anything to do with the checks. They were just supposed to trigger him that he, yet again, let someone in his "family" die. It wasn't the most clever idea, but it completely works given that Bruce had already made his mind up about what he was planning to do.

The fight between Bat and Super was cool, better than I expected. Although it could be easily avoided if Super had seated on the ground instead of walking foward.
To make this scene better you wanted Superman to act like a toddler?

This was one of those many moments where the movie isn't holding your hand. I think this scene just totally went over your head, but it made total sense. Just read up about Injustice (or full on read the comics. They are outstanding!).

Not acting like a toddler, just some body language awareness. If someone seats, it's an obvious sign of not wanting to fight at all, but to talk. But yeah, the fight had to happen anyway.

Lex looked pretty happy all the time in the movie.

I knew the dream was some foreshadowing, I don't deny it had good intentions, but it didn't feel good, failed to feel cohesive. Again, the film isn't bad, but far from great. Relying too much on "you have to read the comics" is a flaw. P
