So, if Melania or Donald have serious symptoms does that hurt or help his chances?

I don't think this moves the needle electorally in the slightest. At most he gets on stage in three weeks and tells all his swine people that it's just like the flu, which all them already believe anyway.

Or do you mean in terms of being dead soon.

I do hope it improves his chances of being dead soon, but (shockingly) rich people seem to very infrequently die of this disease on account of getting better medical care with all their money.

Living through 2020 feels a lot like listening to Mouth Dreams.

I don't think it will affect much either.

What if he's faking it and comes back in two weeks like nothing happened and it was a piece of cake? It would be a good way to drive the narrative he wants. Maybe get some sympathy?

On the other hand Herman Cain died of it and he was rich, so:

I really hope this doesn't kill him, but at the same time I do hope he and/or his side bitch have serious symptoms

I hope it doesn't only kill him.

So, can we just shut down the campaigns for the next two weeks or what?

In lieu of effective pharmeceutical interventions, just apply pureed $100 bills to the blood stream, ala Magic Johnson?

It means he's probably off television for two weeks, and nothing on the planet probably helps his chances more.

Exactly. He won't have to debate again. This can only help him.

But, in all honesty, this is probably the best chance he has to win.

Why. Explain to me how you think this helps.

Honestly, anything that can dramatically upend the narrative where he's been losing to Joe Biden in head-to-head polls for three years means a better shot for him than where things stood yesterday. There could be a sympathy vote, any number of things. The best thing for Biden would be for this race to remain exactly the same as it has since it started.

People are freaking out Biden has it now because of being on a stage with trump at the debate. I'd be surprised.
