congrats to the Vance crew!

may you now latch to a better white role model than the orange man

and for the rest of us, hopefully take off the table the the risk of total economic fallout

via a presidential candidate that wants to eliminate the independence of the Federal Reserve

if trump really is in such a bad way health wise and the plan is to get him elected and thento stand down, do you really want Vance as your President?

you know Vance originally criticized trump heavily

i think he actually hates him

but then saw which way the GOP wind was blowing and switched gears

he is a soulless opportunist like the rest of them

but at least at one point appeared to self identify as sane

We can be objective here and admit that Walz looked bad multiple times. He got caught in the Tiananmen Square lie, proclaimed he learned a lot about “what is needed to be in governance” from his time in communist China, and misspoke to say he’s friends with school shooters. He also turned his head to look at Vance during most of Vance’s answers creating long periods of a profile shot which were not aesthetically pleasing to the viewer.

i only watched like 30 mins

Walz makes facial expressions that out of context appear weak but I think live come across more as a reflection of humility and care

just my perception though

I don’t think the VP debates have much impact on the outcome so hopefully the GOP can just remember this in the future when they are considering nominating trump for a 3rd shot at election (maybe we should pursue a candidate that is more coherent?)

Vance is obviously much more intelligent and once Trumpism is dead and buried a better fit for national leadership over Walz's mid-wit astroturfed "America's dad" persona, but what Walz has that Vance never will is 'aura'. Walz comes across a guy who would never sell you out to the banker class or engage in corruption to live in Park Slope or Kalorama. Bumbling but honest, which is why the red team goes so hard on his China connections.

im not sure that id call vance much more smarter....he is very orchestrated in what he says. he tells a bullshit lie with just a smidge of truth thrown in to keep people off the scent
