I use ice cube trays. I use them to fill a Tupperware container that I keep in the freezer. They're easy enough to clean between uses.

I rinse them between uses. I fill them with distilled water, so I'm not really that worried about them being dirty.

I have an ice maker in my freezer
it uses filtered water
i dont care if there are germs
keeps the organic immune system on its toes
better than forever chemicals
