They are constantly watching their backs. Probably nervous about being in public. Nervous about watching tv at night. Always having issues.
I can't imagine having any time to feel relaxed and safe.
Plus do any of these bodyguards get time off? It seems like day or night they are at the ready. I hope they get OT.

Finally got to watch the latest episode. At least Kim isn’t dead, I guess. And we still don’t know what became of her. I’m betting Gene know, tho.
Jorge, how was the Spanish from Bolsa and Don Eladio?

The date on his license plate said it expired in 2005. So the end was either in ‘04 or ‘05 before it expires.VinylGuy wrote:yeah, i loved everything about that episode...Gus being confident after his victory, Mike going to Nacho´s dad...and damn that scene was brilliant and heart breaking.
I also believe its been more than a year yeah.

Schnauz, after facing a Twitter barrage, is now saying, "Somewhere between 05 and 07."Ensign9 wrote:Schnauz said on Twitter that it’s 2007.
More importantly, he also said, "it doesn't matter."

Re: TV: Better Call Saul
They had Dave Porter on one of the recent Insider podcasts and they talked about him playing with some new things this season. Definitely some broadening and I think it’s been very solid. Not as many highs as the BB era but still good.tragabigzanda wrote:Another question: What’re everyone feelings with the music this season? Seems like they’ve been much bolder in their choices. Everything sounds like Midnight Express to me, and I love it; my wife thinks it sounds kind of low-rent (“like video game music.”).

I think the only Gus related thing would be finishing the lab, which could be accomplished by a top-down montagetragabigzanda wrote:Also, there are no outstanding plot lines related to Gus and the Salamancas, right? We basically have no reason to spend more time with them between now and the BB era, right? I’d assume the last four eps will be 1-2 eps in the BB timeline, and then 2-3 in Nebraska.

Saul could easily represent both characters in a montage of cases.
And I can't remember: Has the village that Gus maintains been established in BCS or am I remembering it from BB?

That village isn’t in Breaking Bad, but the doctor is. That’s about the only connection to the village in BBelliseamos wrote:O.k.wease wrote:Mike fixed a windowelliseamos wrote:Thanks.wease wrote:He sent Mike there in an earlier season of BCS.elliseamos wrote:Saul could easily represent both characters in a montage of cases.
