Well said, I feel the same way. The Tatum/Brown pair has always left a bad taste in my mouth. Now toss in a rookie head coach way over his head and the whole experience is miserable.
I think they win Game 6, though, with help from the refs and then Game 7 will be a jump ball.
I don't trust Philly either.

I think Udoka worked so well because he was the alpha in the locker room and wasn't afraid to challenge his team. Mazzulla looks over his head.

Exactly, I wish that he had behaved himself with the female employees. That thing was a mess.

Yes, there is more than one overpaid superstar in this league.
Most max guys aren't truly tier 1 MVP level guys so I don't think the max is the correct thing to point out. But I agree with you, he can't be inconsistent and be on that level.

Yeah, exactly, he might get paid MVP-type money, but he ain't earning it. He's earning a lot of it, but not all of it. The guy basically thinks the refs and league is out to get him and that he should be treated like Kobe.

I just wish Riley got a little more talent for Jimmy because that man deserves to win a championship. I feel like he's the anti-Tatum in some ways. He isn't close to as talented but has all the grit and heart and craftiness that you could ever want. He's one of the easiest-to-root-for guys ever.

Never mind his balls...if Tatum just had some of the sweat off Jimmy's taint he'd be the best player in the league.

The C's were rumored to be in on Butler at some point. He would have made a great Celtic. Fans love the blue collar work ethic.

The C's fans booed them pretty good during the Sixers game and you could clearly tell Tatum was sensitive to it in his post game press conference. He admitted they didn't play well, but I'd rather hear: "Yup, we sucked and I would have booed too. We will do better."

I think it's rigged, guys.
The celtics have played more playoff games in the last 5 seasons than anyone. Yuge money maker for Boston. They swapped out the Bruins revenue with Florida for that run, but its ultimately going to Carolina anyway. It's all connected. The Devils and Rangers and Knicks will give way to the Yankees soon enough. Lakers to the Dogers, too.
Rematch. GS vs. Boston.
Maximum eyeballs and dollars.
Philly is just a pawn. Same with Denver.

The NBA doesn't have protocol for that, right? If they did Draymond would have at least had to come out of game 4 for a few minutes to get checked.
Anyway, this was an obvious win for the Warriors going into the game, but I can't help feeling even more strongly that they have 10 more wins in them this postseason. Really hope I'm wrong and LeBron hits like 6 threes tomorrow night. (Of course even if he does, Klay will probably hit 9.)

I would really love an old schools Celtics - Lakers series or a rematch with GSW.
Denver and the Suns have zero juice.
Of course, a Philly - Lakers series would be a cool old school series too.
I still think of the Heat as an expansion team, but Lebron visiting MIA would be interesting, too.
