Do you have HBO max? There's usually something good on there

I personally prefer HBO to netflix. Better movies and better series. Hulu is only good for TV and I only open Prime to watch The Boys.

The Midnight Sky. God what a boring, tedious movie. A movie completely devoid of new ideas.       :finger:

I was ultimately disappointed with this. It's the weakest of the 'end of the world' movies I've seen
What do we think is the best?
San Andreas
This was worse, but also isn't an end of the world movie

It is indeed entirely devoid of new ideas, but I didn't find it tedious. It was fine. Ultimately a waste of time, but I didn't experience it as painful in the moment

Turns out, I had never seen the final 20mins or so of Coming to America.

That was fun.

Also, watched WW84, which was great.

You're not wrong, and I'm not going to defend the movie. It's bad. But it's competently put together and full of actors who are naturally compelling so it was easy to just sit back and look at it for two hours.
