i made some chana masala last night, but added in some sauteed jalapenos, and used quinoa instead of rice. i'm pretty sure it contributed to a massive poo.

Had another feel substantial on exit, only to see one end of it disappearing down the drain. I read up more thoroughly on ghost poops and found out ones like that or ones that disappear completely are a sign of healthy gut (as long as they aren't actually of the small rocks variety that can disappear). It's just weird that in a given week I get both of those types, sometimes on back to back days.
