I’m not healing like I should be and it’s very possible that walking funny to avoid bearing weight on my tibia has caused a stress fracture in my fibula and I’m likely going back into the boot for a while.

I finally got in to the gym and started some strengthening exercises. Leg press, stair raises, etc.

Overdid it and now it feels like there is a knife in my lower back.

Pinched nerve started acting up on Monday. Tried to push through with some light weights Tuesday, but had to shut it down. I do not wanna go through the full blown arm on fire thing again. That sucked. Hopefully only a week or so, instead of 4-6 weeks.
