She's hit 100 degrees internally. Time to spray her down with a 3:1 cherry juice/bourbon mix and then every hour until she gets to 170 internally.

133 internal temp. Another dousing with the Cherry Juice/Bourbon mixture:

Off the smoke at 161 internal. Wrapped up in foil with some more of the cherry/bourbon liquid and put into a 245 degree oven. Going to take it to 205. Here's what it looked like before heading in:
