Both Horizon and Elden Ring are available on last gen consoles, so how "next gen" can they be? We probably won't see a true next gen game of this scope until Starfield later this year (only on Xbox/GamePass though).

I really enjoyed what I played but tapped out around chapter 9 I believe. Game is hilarious. Once you needed a ton of money to progress, I stopped.

Forbidden West starts to really open up after that first section, including an absolutely stunning settlement.

So the basic PS+ membership is going from $50/year ($35ish with regular promos) to $120/year?
No I’m guessing you can still sub the PS+ for online for the same $60 a year. These are upgrades on that.

Yeah, I am willing to pay $35 a year for my back catalogue of PS+ games, but I don't think I'd go much higher than that.

Hoping to get there this weekend

It's times like these I wish I would have invested in an OLED TV last year...I'll be procuring one later this year though...

I hope that's just the base month to month cost for each tier and that there is a yearly subscription price break. Cause charging an extra $70 for the exact PS+ service i'm paying for today is pretty slimy if they aren't significantly improving the monthly game offerings. I'm good up to Jan 2023 so i guess i've got time to wait it out and see if they add anything to the service to justify the cost.

I don't think those prices are accurate at all.

If they increase the price that much, they must also improve what they are offering substantially.

The highest tier one seems to be more or less on par with Game Pass Ultimate. But yeah there's no way that's true for just the basic PS+ unless they're planning on giving away a AAA PS5 title every month.

Grubb has been correct a heck of a lot the last two years. He leaked the entire Xbox E3 conference last year and got it 100% correct. We’ll find out soon enough I guess.

I'm not sure that I've ever paid more than 40-45 bucks a year for PS Plus with all the discounted offers out there.
