The actual logical solution is to ban boxing full stop, and save some brains.
I hear you, but fighters are always going to find ways in which to fight.
It should be canned because of the horrible judging.

The men's 100m will be very interesting. Best in the world is the Jamaican, second is the Kenyan. Noah Lyles (USA) tried to cool-guy his heat and nearly failed to advance. He came third and even rushed over to the officials in a frantic worry. What a bellend.

Watching Aus vs. France in the Women's 3v3 basketball and cracking up at how Bammer lost his mind about this event last games. He's such an idiot.

We went there on our honeymoon, and I remember reading up on the country, and thought it was cool that they had a Nobel Lit laureate, but their sports history was pretty bleak. Great for her!

I've not posted in this thread, but we've been watching highlights as a family most nights. My kid is really admiring Simone Biles, and it's cool to see her form that sort of connection with a successful athlete; she's been doing gymnastics routines all around the house. Fun new parenting experience.
Too many TKOs in the boxing events.

It’s adorable when kids are suddenly on a first-name basis with the gymnastics teams. “Did you see what Stephen did???” is a very wholesome way to discuss sports.

The men's cycling road race was a vibe. Utterly breathtaking scenery. Perhaps my fav. event so far.

Do we know if the pools are heated? Or is the water cold?

Be sure to show your daughter Femke Bol's anchor leg in the 4x400m relay. Unfuckingreal.
