I've not had the pleasure of posting this photo in three RM threads, on Facebook AND on Tumblr.

Good day.

I would love a Stick Man emoticon, but not at the expense of the Horray Man.

I believe this was the moment she realised that it could never work between us long distance.

I can't believe we don't have a small suite of Pearl Jam related emoticons. A little Yield sign, the No Code symbol, an avocado. Think of the snarky possibilities.

We should have them. Lazy mods. :shake:

At the very least, a little Ed Dibiase head.

it would be pretty sadistic if the mods built in a little quirk to red mosquito that played the backspacer album if you hit backspace more than a certain number of times in a row

D,T... Did you know much about Annie before the "Build Your Own Band" tournament, or whatever it was called? Just trying to get an accurate gague on the acceleration rate of this obsession... I fear it's reaching unhealthy levels ;)

I think you might be right.

Jorge had posted a video of her doing a cover of Black Mariah in one of the Tom Waits threads on the old board. That was the very first I'd ever heard of her. Though I LOVED the cover, I quickly forgot all about who the artist was.

Then (I think) Pete posted a clip of her playing Cruel on Letterman a while back. This was in this thread, I think? Watched that and liked it. Didn't remember that it was the same person from the Black Maria video clip.

Then the Build-a-Band thing.

Then she played Bring Me Your Loves on Letterman.

Then I saw her live in Brooklyn this past August.

The end.

So this total obsession is really about five months in the making.
