never had to deal with those because I paid for it.

last time i tried spotify it just looks like an abortion on my screen. The sync to mobile rarely worked either.

my wife has a subscription to it, and we use it through our Sonos. she's ALWAYS complaining about the offline mobile syncing though.. apparently it's just a shot-in-the-dark whether it will work or not.

the organization of Favorites – and the requirement to create playlists for EVERYTHING – are the real dealbreaker for me. Fuck that.
