Yeah, but my concern is lets say mick is going to be unavailable for a couple picks... so he PM's you a list of like 4 guys. Well now PhatJ shows up, with 5 rounds worth of picks to make up and takes all micks guys, mick gets skipped over and loses out on other guys he would have liked to draft. It's not the waiting, its the potential for ruining the integrity of the draft.

He told me he wanted to be in it, but thought he would be too busy with other things. He said he plans on being in the next one.

If it looks like that kind of situation may present itself, we can put a temporary hold until Mick (or whoever it is) is made aware. I feel like we can find ways to work around it.

I'm not saying we might not have to eventually considering dropping down to nine teams, I just think we should at least wait until the end of the day to seriously discuss it.

TBAMTS is up for two picks now. This means he kinda has three hours to make them (assuming he makes them at the same time).

I get where you're coming from, Skitch, and I think it's valid. I just think we should wait till the clock stops tonight and look at where we are and evaluate everything from there.

No it's not. Everything is terrible.

If we really need a tenth team I have a non RM friend who would be interested. I told him our idea and he thought it was amazing.

What kind of friend would willingly expose a non-RM friend to RM?
