There are several gas stations in lower income neighborhoods around my city that sell hard-boiled eggs at the counter. The display is always the same -- basket full of eggs, personal salt and pepper packets, and a square of paper advertising the market price. I've never tried one for myself, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't curious.

I'm a fan of the hard boiled egg. I'm not a fan of the convenience store counter variety. I've bought the packaged hard boiled eggs in a pinch.
