I go about 2-3 times a day, but sometimes just once a day.

I've researched this before, and the experts all say consistency is the most important thing. Not the # of times.

Yikes, multiple orange poos today.
Turns out - through my google search - that squash noodles can cause this. And, I had a medley of squash noodles (instead of pasta) with tomato sauce last night.

Perhaps the tomato sauce played a small part, as well?
