yeah, but i think she was trying to make it seem like her lawyer agreed it was a common element. we basically called her bluff, but engaged our lawyer just in case.

Currently have a crew of guys running around the house cleaning all our windows. It’s a big job as a couple two story ones then a bunch of sliding doors. Long overdue.

My yard guys are supposed to come over 2x month during spring/summer and 1x during fall/winter.

I think they came over for a third time in August the other day and I can’t tell what, if anything, they did and now I’m gonna have to question the invoice when it arrives.

Goddammit, they knocked one of the third floor sliding screens off its track and I can’t open it to fix it. Might need these guys to come back out with their ladder to fix.

Luckily, my neighbor has one of those folded ladders that extends, so I was able to borrow that and re-track my sliding screen. Quite the innovation!
