While I would love to think they pumped out some songs together but it's highly unlikely. Here's what they should so we get the REAL "best album since yield"

1.)let Jeff and Stone write the entire album including lyrics
2.) Let Mike think he's recording for a 2nd Mad Season album little does he know it's the new PJ album.
3.) Since Matt is busy sneak Dave A in the studio but tell him he will not be credited on the album. He's so desperate to get back in PJ he'd do it for free.
4.) Have Jeff ask ED to record the songs he and Stone wrote and tell him all the profits will go to some 3rd world disease foundation/wrigley field preservation fund

Nah. Binaural and Riot Act are just as good, if not better, than Yield. So "best album since yield" doesn't really make sense. Mike and Matt write some pretty great songs. Matt's drumming is great when the songs are great, his drumming never breaks a song, but sometimes it does make a song.

"best album since Yield" does make sense because it's their best album.
Binaural is second best though so it would be pretty hard to achieve.
