I typically get the Sam roll and the Cookeville roll.
It’s ok. The scallop mixture they use has their mayonnaise stuff in it and it’s usually a LOT of it. Sometimes the other stuff can help hide the mayo and it’s tolerable, but not in this one. It’s just too overpowering. They used to have scallops available as nigiri and a special nigiri they called Heaven (and it was) that was scallop-based. Those were go-to’s EVERY time I went.
