They are awesome after mowing the lawn during a hot summer day. Not that you are familiar with that doug, but still.

I tried Prima Pils last year because of doug and Ruddo drooling over it. It was good.

prima pils
green flash west coast/soul style/30th St
ale smith ipa

so many more to choose from but those are the ones always in the fridge
Just glanced in my beer trade box that just arrived and right on top is a Pliny as an extra. That bottle will probably be out with the recycling this evening, can't let the contents sit for too long.

What would you swap out if you had to let go of one of the IPAs?

I want to try that Ballast Point Sculpin stuff, but it's like $16 a six-pack here.

It is a similar price everywhere. I think my store has Sculpin at $15, but it is a great beer. My favorite Ballast Point beer is the Victory at Sea. It is absolutely in my top 5 all time favorite beers and well worth the price tag.

Yeah, it's $16 here too. The Sculpin is always sold out, but there's usually a few of the Grapefruit Sculpins - which have had good reviews here. But, I still have not had a BP beer. And, I'm not sure why. Maybe a slight annoyance that they think they deserve a $5+ upcharge over other very good beers. Anyway, I will remedy that soon.

Phat - rank your BP beers.

Even Keel
Grapefruit Sculpin
Calm Before the Storm

A really good brewery opened in town last spring. They started canning some of their beers this year. I'm not sure when they will start distributing outside of the county but they make some really good stuff. Logboat is the name.

Brace yourself for a giant beer merger.
Budweiser maker Anheuser-Busch InBev (AHBIF) wants to buy SABMiller.

A merger would create a "super brewery" with nine of the world's top 20 beers by volume, and annual sales of $55 billion. Shares in both companies shot up -- the combined group would be worth about $276 billion at Wednesday's prices.
SABMiller (SBMRY), which makes lagers such as Pilsner Urquell and Peroni, said it had no details yet of the planned takeover offer.
If the deal happens, it will be the biggest merger in brewing history, and could rank among the top 10 takeovers of all time, according to Dealogic and EY.
AB InBev, the world's biggest brewer by volume, has been interested in making a bid for SABMiller -- the world number two -- for a while. Sales of Bud, and Bud Light, have been waning for years, putting AB InBev in a tough spot.
Large mainstream brewers have also been struggling to defend their market in the face of a craft beer boom.

Now that is a farcical comment if ever I heard one.

Sculpin is a fantastic beer. However I'd say it is distribution that recognizes what the market can bear on price and adjusts accordingly.

Have you tried Indra Kunindra? (Edit: nevermind, I saw your list) I've been wanting to try both the Victory at Sea and Indra Kunindra, Glad you liked it.
