I think if you're hating on a thing long before you've heard it, and are doing so based on your own unhappiness with them, then of course you're going to hate the new one.
It's not 93 anymore. Thank god. I dont want to hear that again, it's been done.
I want to see a band take its next creative step on their path, wherever its headed.

Main reason I fought hard with ST. Just felt they'd done a lot of this before and done of far better. A band should never repeat themselves. It's over if they do, creatively speaking.

So, I'm getting really excited for new Pearl Jam. Let's have fun and pick a release date. It's gotta be a Tuesday, right? And it's gotta happen before or during the holiday shopping season....

That's my official guess, if it comes out this year, it'll be Nov. 19th.

Well, if Mike was accurate with the album being mixed as we speak, I'll say September is a likely month. Sept 10 sounds like a good date.

Doesn't have to be a Tuesday. In fact, Backspacer was released on a Sunday if my memory serves me correct.

I just hope they finally get around to bringing Wells, Cates, and Robbins back into the mix.
