Not exactly. More like "use your leverage."

That's just from his first book. He may have adjusted his tactics since then. No idea. I'm going to read his entire bibliography and find out. Before I read his second book "Surviving at the Top" though, I'm going to read Barbara Res' book "Alone on the 68th Floor."

My brother works for a local pallet/skid (or whatever they call them in your neck of the woods) place. They completely got rid of all the workforce around 5 years ago and hired Mexicans to replace them. Actually told them this when they let them go. About a month ago, WeaseBro managed to get on with them again. The only people working there that aren't Mexicans are my bro and the manager. Bro told me the other day that they are selling all their stuff. Just totally liquidating. Vehicles, furniture, everything. They're getting ready for the move.
