Last night’s Bucks win means Doc will be the East coach in the ASG lol.

Four way tie for the top seed in the West right now.

Yeah, the West is crazy right now. Also weird to see Golden State dropping out of the playoff race.

They'll make the play-in. Probably won't get to the actual playoffs though.

This is how my good friend (a Wolves fan) describes the Pat Bev experience...

"Pat Bev is like cocaine. Before you start using you think it's ridiculous, why would anyone do that? Then you take it and you love it, best day ever. Then you lose it, go through withdrawals...Come back, Pat Bev! We miss you! Then after it's fully out of your system you hate it and wonder why you ever even put up with the craziness."

Yeah, I agree. They’ve been so weird to watch this year.

Is there a more overpriced ticket in sports than the NBA fashion show all star game?

how to fix nba all star game

each player on winning squad gets 5 million from the NBA (not team). Losing team gets nothing. this also comes from the NBA
each player that makes the All-Star game gets a 2.5 million dollar bonus. this does not count against team salary cap.
if a player does not play in the all-star game (due to provable injury) then they cannot make all-NBA team and therefore will be pushed back on the Max deals

It's a shame that as epic as the 4th quarter to the 2020 ASG was that the players have been so uninterested in recapturing that again.

Make it a 3 on 3 tournament (Big/Wing/Guard) and the winning team's players each make $1 million.

I like this cause I feel like the smaller the teams the harder they'll play cause no one wants to be embarrassed and it'll be harder to blend in and coast. One on One would be better. I like International vs America too cause I think both would have something to prove.

1 on 1 would be tough because of the size discrepancies between players. I like the idea of having a couple of international teams in a 3 on 3 tourney though.

I read the best fix idea I’ve ever heard: name 12 all-stars to the all-star team. Then name who the first 12 players who didn’t make the cut are to the snubs team.

12 proud guys playing with chips in their shoulders vs 12 guys who feel they need to justify their selection would be awesome competition.

I’m surprised at just how bad the Spurs have been… I expected Wembanyama to have a more immediate impact.

Love this.

Backup plan: Michael Jordan on the mic at midcourt after starting lineups … just be like … Look, you guys, my logo is on your jerseys, it is embarrassing, stop being such pussies.
