Watched Scarface with Raz last night. We enjoyed it a lot for the most part. Very intense. De Palma is so weird and interesting. The 80's music like that Take it to the Limit song is just so silly. Reminded of how amazing Pacino was in it.. just wow great. The guy who played his bro is really good too. A lot of really good acting in the movie. Forgot it was written by Oliver Stone. Would have been interesting to see his directorial version of this.

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Watched that Framing Britney Spears documentary last night. I feel sorry for her after watching it, but I'm also ready to forget about her again

Coming 2 America was fine. I laughed a few times. It didn’t hurt the legacy of the original. It didn’t add anything either, but whatevs. It was an enjoyable evening.

I watched Nomadland two weeks ago and honest to God I couldn't tell you what happens in that movie. She goes back to Amazon at some point I guess?
