We have two clips so far, Something Special and Running

I'm curious about Atmos but I'm a complete noob to it. What is the most basic setup that one would need at home in order to experience Atmos?
A speaker that has a small Atmos logo on the back
Thank you.
This was pretty good improv, guys

When Eddie sings "Was cleared for... for liftoff", this is what it reminded me of
go to 2:17

I like all the space and the pushes in this chorus, it's giving Matt time to do fun stuff like triplet fills

Enjoyed this clip.
Lmao at the people who are whining that the production is too "commercial". Admit it, you became Pearl Jam fans after listening to the glossy, reverb-soaked Even Flow or Jeremy from Ten. Not miserable "organic sounding" dirges like Thumbing My Way.

it's weird, in the abstract, to think that this song and something special are on the same album

I suspect it is flooded, not funneled
Not really any prior reference for what Eddie's doing with his vocals here, at least in this clip

Still waiting on pics of trag and strat with their Grammys tho.
Lots of shitty music wins grammys though, dude.
Oh look, Pirchfork’s editor in chief weighing in.

I love the Jack records too but a lot of the production has to do with the fact that Jack used Ludwig supraphonic (aluminum) snares. Matt prefers darker sounding snare drums (copper etc). The snare drum alone can change the whole sound.
Great post

My dad has one! They didn't actually give him a statue though, which is lame.
