I’ve never counted calories other than to make sure I’m getting something substantial, or serving sizes, etc.
I just noticed on this bag of potato chips that it takes 19 chips to compile 1 oz. I would have said like 5 chips are an ounce.

The kitchen at my work is closed for redecorating, so we're getting some fancy Cuban sandwiches two days in a row. Not bad.

When I was in elementary school, I would eat a handful of pecans before doing my homework because I thought they made me smarter since they look like brains. Then I would try and do my homework as fast as possible since I had added brain power.
