I like how the narrative after a title is "can they repeat next year?!". The Celtics are probably the best candidate of any of the past six champs to repeat, but can we just take a second to appreciate their first title together?

JJ is gonna be fun to watch he can barely control himself and is bound to piss half the team off before training camp is over. What's the over/under he gets fired by midseason?

Depends if he can remain best buds with LBJ.

Its certainly going to be interesting in LA. The hate that the Lakers fans felt for Darvin Ham all season long was intense. Let's see how this experiment goes.
Just quietly though, no prior coaching experience, professional podcaster alongside one Lebron James who also plays for the Lakers - this has all the hallmarks of an absolute and total root, and not in a good way.
- Spoiler: show
- As in, not a good root. A dud root. The duddest.

Imagine getting drafted by the Lakers because your dad plays for them.

I like what the Knicks are doing. It's always a fun when that team is good but I don't think they have a chance at making it to the finals. Little guy lead teams don't win the chip unless you got Zeke.

Hopefully Delonte West's sons can play with him someday.

I wish the team before then would have drafted him. This all was such an obvious setup

It is encouraging that the rest of the league didn't fall prey to drafting a guy who is not good enough to play in the league just to have a chance of getting Lebron some day.

When that joke was made by someone else first, yes, it was pretty funny.
Anyway why waste a draft pick on him? Obviously he would have signed with Lakers as undrafted free agent.

I really dislike seeing athletic teams’ clothing/accessories in colors other than the official ones. It’s just not right seeing a Lebron Lakers jersey in Celtics green/white.

100%
The Mariners now have 5 official jerseys in rotation, not one of them is grey.
And all teams now sell hats in every single color.
Um yeah, let me get that bright red Coloroad Rockies hat please.
A green Lakers jersey is sacrilege.

It’s like they don’t even understand the significance of it.
