Do you guys wash your hair before a haircut knowing that it’s going to be washed again as part of the haircut appointment?

Yes. It's about respect for your barber. And clean hair is easier to cut.

That’s been my thought as well. Like brushing your teeth before a dentist visit.

My barber doesn't wash my hair so I do it before. I think it's common courtesy.

I usually wash my hair twice a day anyway because I sweat at the gym.

My hair gets kinda oily at the end of the day, so I just feel better when I take a shower after work. Especially in this humidity we are having.

I also use the Manscaped on a regular basis as that keeps me cooled down during this heat, too.

I get a hair wash where I get my haircut, otherwise I’d go in with clean hair. The person who cuts my hair massages my scalp while washing my hair and it’s the best part of my life that I get to experience every 8-12 weeks.

I got auto-corrected to shit and no one made fun of me. I hope everyone is feeling okay.

This cracks me up. My brother and his family have a cleaner twice a month. I called him to see if he wanted to do something once and he said “can’t, gotta clean up, the housekeeper is coming tomorrow”. Wtf

Yeah, pretty sure this is normal. Coach is just extremely fucking weird.

maybe it's because they charge by the hour and he just wanted the housekeeper to do the harder stuff he doesn't feel like doing as much? or he doesn't want her to find his crackpipe, dildos and such?

I do this sometimes before our housekeeper comes over. It's usually just if our stovetop looks like shit, and I feel bad leaving that for her.

i'm sure he just meant put a bunch of crap laying around away so the cleaner could do their job unhindered. we usually have to tidy up a bit before the cleaners come.

My house cleaner comes once a month and I too clean up before she gets here. I think it makes it easier for her to really dig into all the areas and clean.

I get my haircut every three weeks because I am rocking a serious low cut drop fade right now.
