It could well be fake but I listen to making Star Wars every week and it matches up with everything they’ve gotten from set. Most notably Kerri Russell’s character.

It's clearly the kind of thing we've seen a million times before, he's a character from any of the previous 8 films, which is how you know this is a legit poster and not fan made at all. That character will be a major character in the saga and deserves placement on a prominent poster above Leia and R2 and Luke.
