I remember Nesmith's rookie year with the Celts. I'm not sure I've ever rooted as hard for a rookie. He was completely out of control running into people injuring himself, the opponent and his own teammates. He was always in the wrong spot and the thing he was supposed to be elite at, shooting, well he missed everything.....but they really needed him to hit, you could tell he really wanted it and I really wanted it for him. Fast forward to today he's still a total spaz and out of control running into people injuring himself, the opponent and his own teammates....but he's turned into a really useful player. Celtics could use a guy like that.
