I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I’m like legit worried she’s dead or in some sort of strife. I just left her a
“hope you are okay” and “if you need help with this” voicemail, the latter of which is against my MO as I don’t want to take everything HOA on, but this is just ridiculous and I’m sick of the other owners asking me for updates. I fully assume I will again hear nothing back.
I also reached out to our HOA lawyer to see if they had any drafts of the letters, since our VP spoke with them on this and racked up hundreds of dollars of legal fees months ago. They have nothing either. I’m guessing the letters do not exist at all at the time of this post, and I will be drafting and delivering them in the near future.

You’re missing the point. All this stuff affects the value of my property, so while this is all frustrating, it’s in the name of protecting my investment. I had some confidence in our previous president, but not much confidence in any of the other possible options (the other owners) once he sold and moved out.
