I think it's a fair assumption that we're never again going to see a Democratic President's court choice confirmed by a Republican Senate, or vice versa, right? If Joe Biden's elected with a Republican Senate and Clarence Thomas drops dead on Inauguration Day, that chair is staying empty until one of those things change.

Roe Vs. Wade will never been overturned. It's nothing more than a fear tactic than anything. Both sides love to use it.
