Pendulum is easily the best song they have written in 10 years. I love it so much.

I just listened to the album again, and I might continue to say this until I no longer believe it's true, should that time come.
But -- Future Days isn't bad.
I still wish it wasn't called "Future Days," and even then a very slight tweak of the lyric "days of you and me" to "days for you and me" would make it a bit better for me. But still, it isn't bad.

"Days of..." has that quasi-biblical / religious feel that I like.

I'd like to hear that done for Just Breathe and The End before LB, personally.

The booklet is so good and before I get to the CD, I always smell it. Lightning Bolt doesn't smell like Avocado but it has a Marzipan scent to it. The guys from Amazon.de rule.

Has anyone posted tabs for any of the new songs besides Swallowed Whole? I'm having trouble finding them and I'm really just too lazy, or don't have enough time, to figure them out myself.

The End may be their best closer ever. Release probably gets the nod, but seriously... questioning The End is suicidal. Literally.
Parting Ways.

Apparently Eddie and the Pearls have been in town all week practicing for the upcoming show/tour. Perfect city for them to remain almost incognito.

The run from My Father's Son through Pendulum is just really, really great. And Getaway is great, too. MYM is middle of the pack for me, but it's still good. This is a really diverse and impressive opening seven songs. And it doesn't entirely falter with Swallowed Whole.
