Relatively limited to what can do at the moment. The past few weeks my workouts have just been core and legs.
Just did a 7 minute plank. At the beginning of the year I was struggling to do 3 minutes

Did a 10 minute plank. That was my unobtainable goal a few weeks back. Now I've hit it, I don't know where to go from here

the planet fitness i go to closed from thursday night last week and reopened monday morning at 5. they remodeled and replaced probably 95% of the equipment.
yesterday i did the elliptical for 40 minutes. i started off on level 7 like i normally do and i about died. i thought 4 days off sure did catch up to me. adjusted it down and finished my 40 minutes and thought id puke
today did my regular weight routine and used way less lbs than normal. thought it was just me but talking to a guy in the locker room i asked him if he felt like the new equipment seemed "harder" and he laughed and said hes glad it wasnt just him.
guess was just so used to the old equipment and the bad resistance that it wasnt really what it was

Made it into the gym today for the first time since last February. Wow, that was all a lot harder than I remember it being, although the run to and from the gym a whole lot easier than I remember

I've unintentionally slacked off the past couple weeks but I got a really good all around workout last night. I plan on getting two more in before heading to New Orleans on Friday, where I will likely negate whatever gains I make.
I did notice my strength was down compared to what it was a couple months.

Back at it after a 120+ day run that ended in May. Down about 20%-25% in most exercises but it feels good to be back. Hope to get a good consecutive day run in before Christmas.

Got a really good hour workout in last night; unfortunately that will probably be my last one until at least Tuesday.

I played hockey for a 2.5 hours tonight. Worked on my technical skating lot's. A puff of maryjane and I just felt great. I feel like my skating improved in the offseason. Anyway I had a good night on the odr.

In a good groove right now. Biking six days a week and since December 28, I've only had one day I didn't hit the gym or swim. Doing 4 days a week at the gym and three swimming. Seeing some progress which is nice.
Goal for the summer is to have two or more months biking 500km, running 100km, swimming 15km and the gym 4 times a week. Just about on track. Just have to swap out two days riding to work with running to work which should be very doable. I think I could achieve it now but snowboarding will get in the way until mid-May.

back in my hometown and im sick because of the extremely different climate. well anyway I went and played on the outdoor rink last night. almost puked for the first hour but i pushed through it. today my body is DRAINED. but all in all it felt great to move like that. best cardio experience in a while. and im still the best hockey player among my friends. not just because of skill but because I am a workhorse.

woke up early and went swimming at the Y. it's been so long since I've gone to the gym that a) I forgot the combination to my lock and b) I forgot to take a towel for drying off. luckily I wore a t-shirt and had a spare so I just used that.
swam for half an hour doing the breast stroke. I've been experiencing pain during shoulder-rotation (most likely due to a dislocation when I was younger catching up to me) so I'm keeping it slow and steady for now. plus I think I forgot how to do the crawl at some point...couldn't quite get the breathing going right and I didn't want to alarm the guards or other swimmers.

I'm doing push-ups and planks every day in March if anyone wants to join me.
I'm not accustomed to doing this at all so I've set a modest goal of 40 push-ups and 4 mins of planking, daily.
Just three days in but I already feel svelte.

I think I swam 70 laps today. Pretty much gave me the same type of high as a runners high. The pool is good.

since my last post
fri 80 laps in the pool
sat ran 10 km
sun 100 laps in the pool(the last 20 were very uncomfortable and I was getting pretty delirious but part of this could have to do with the fact this was my second day not smoking in a row)
