No, it's been great. A few hiccups, but a lot of fun otherwise.
which is an important book

Parachutes would be AMAZING. I love ParachutesBi_3 wrote:daft twat wrote:4 shows into this leg of the North American tour and they’ve played every Gigaton song except Comes Then Goes. They also have not repeated a song in the 5 song acoustic start.
This bodes well for Strangest Tribe or Speed of Sound in MSG or Philly... but it'll probably be Parachutes and Future Days.

I feel bad for criticizing so much. I forget how amazing it sounds when you're actually in the room, and actually seeing everybody's energy. Eddie is an amazing frontman. I dunno if they sounded just better tonight at MSG or the bootlegs just don't do justice to being in the room, but I absolutely loved this show and thought everything sounded amazing

Re: The 2022 Gigaton Tour
There’s nothing like being there. And recordings are never able to capture that. Regardless of how good or bad the performance might be judged. Easy to sit at home not having been there and make declarations. If you weren’t there you won’t know.
That show you’re complaining (sitting at home listening to it) about being sloppy, was actually amazing and they were Fucking going for it and nothing but energy.
That’s something too often forgotten.

Ed is on top form. Incredible frontman, and he has the energy of a 30 years old guy. I remember being in awe of him in Pistoia 2018 and then this year the guy was even better.
Yeah, this band is made for the live setting.

I blame sports for this. Teens have practice after school until 5. Younger kids usually have practice in the evening -7 onward depending on the sun. Varsity teens play games at 7. 5:30 is the sweet spot. It’s also why we’re obese. We get hungry again by 9 and make terrible decisions.Jorge wrote:Americans have dinner at like 5 PMBirds in Hell wrote:8 seems too early.

Weird that there are only 6 shows left.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?
