It's hard to spoil the show with the books because the d&d do whatever the fuck they want at this point.

Are we still going to have to talk theories in the book thread? And there's at least one rumored plot thread for the show this year that we'll have to keep in the book thread for now.

Joey and I were off topic and actually talking about the Outlander books/TV show. According to Doone the show follows the book pretty closely. In case you were wondering. :D

I liked the first episode a lot; watched it twice actually. But I stopped because I wanted to read the books instead. Then I got sidetracked and never read the books. :oops:

At this point I'd suggest just watching the show. Unless you really really prefer books to television.

Usually I do, yeah. But if the show is really basically the same thing, I might just do the show and read the books when I have less on my plate. I'm a super slow reader.
