I can't really judge The Nolan ones as a whole, as TDK was incredible, Batman Begins was forgettable, and TDKR was total garbage. Luckily, each movie stands on its own, for better or worse.

Ok. A good thing. Affleck/Snyders Batman is far more worthy of our time than Bateman/Nolans.

Bateman is only ever interested in an egotistical sense to what he contrbuted to the role and taking it to whatever extreme. Always at the expense of the character.



Affleck? I genuinely forgot I was watching Affleck almost immediately. He was serving the role and not his ego and really inhabiting it fully and I'm really excited to se his Batman film and I hope they let him write star and direct it. He was great in this.

I just noticed the thread title and I really like it.

I don't think Bale put in a poor performance I just wasn't wild about how the character was written. Those movies had their moments with the obvious highlight being Ledger. Affleck was just a really really pleasant surprise. He completely owns the role and his Batman despite a few quibbles feels right. Easily the best live action version. When I see his face in the gossip mags when paying for groceries I think there's Batman.

I heard Justine Bateman is going to play Wonder Woman

Has anyone talked about how Gal Gadot? I found her to be fantastic with what little time she had.

She was really great. Made me want to see her in more movies.

Khal Drogo's hair was nice.

Yeah Gal was great. Super badass. Beautiful but not cheese cakey. I love her accent. I'm really looking forward to her solo movie. I always like it when there is a implied, unspoken attraction between Diana and Bruce and I'm glad they set that up in the movies. Much better than her with Clark. I like Clark with Lois.

I assume Wayne says that line moments before stepping into his Italian sports car and driving to his home far far away from any minorities.
