People are weird.

It never ceases to amaze me, the infinite capacity people have for making things a thing. I suppose it's actually quite beautiful.... from a certain point of view.

This speculation has been part of Star Wars since day one.
Years between a new hope and empire. And then empire and Jedi especially.
This sorta speculation is part of the dna of Star Wars and what makes it so much fun.

Only difference now is we havethe internet. It’s an immeasurable and vast difference both in the dialogue and the method but it’s basically still the same speculation.

To be clear, speculation and community and conversation aren't weird things. They are great things. What I think is "weird" is that anyone has anything to speculate about regarding the look you're talking about. Like I said, people have a tremendous (and admirable?) capacity to turn anything into something.
