I saw it twice in the cinema, and this is probably the sixth time overall. I think the last third of the movie is a bit disappointing (both the too happy ending for our main guy, and the whole evil corp that’s like a more twisted evil version of the US forces), but I love the start of the movie. Magical. Some very creative people worked on it, and the acting is on point as well.tragabigzanda wrote:WhyAnders wrote:Avatar

Fucking phenomenal. And miles better than Nomadland, which was good, but come on...
I loved that book so much that I can't bring myself to watch the movie.Anders wrote:The World According To Garp

It's probably been long enough now since I read the book that I should give it a shot. It's got a good cast.tragabigzanda wrote:It’s good!epilogue wrote:I loved that book so much that I can't bring myself to watch the movie.Anders wrote:The World According To Garp
I used to share an apartment with a buddy that felt the same way. We talked about the movie, but never saw it. I’ve never read the book.epilogue wrote:I loved that book so much that I can't bring myself to watch the movie.Anders wrote:The World According To Garp
