Interesting take. I can get behind that given that's what the rest of the song seems to be about.

easily the worst album I've listened to in a while, absolute rubbish
if it wasn't for his hype/controversy tactics he would be slowly transforming into a has been rapper/artist now. There is much better out there
he should stick to producing, but let someone else have the final say

If anyone’s looking for some context and perspective on the new album, I was on a relatively brief podcast that gives an overview of it all.

I occasionally check in to The_Donald to see how they're responding to things. What's interesting is that over the last couple months, there's been a fairly big shift from posts about "The Don rules because..." to "Let's attack the dems." It's like they're having trouble staying on board with Trump, but have decided to stick with him anyway.
they're the same as the Saints from the '70s who put paper bags over their heads bc the team was so bad. they were embarrassed and ashamed, but they still showed up to the games.

Much of the internet is filled with these brown bag people.

This album is fucking great. Ghost Town will end up being one of his best.

Yes but not at all what I expected. Which I probably should have expected by now.

I find this album very manic and unsettling. The laughter on "4th Dimension" is terrifying. This defies all expectations coming after, essentially, the death of the "Yeezus" character on ye. It sounds very "hard" and walled off emotionally. The transition from "Ghost Town" to "Freee" strikes me as really sad and isolated and calloused. Suicidal ideation and mental illness loom large on this record.

I like it the best of the three releases so far. Not sure why Ghost Town ended up on Ye. It would have fit better on Kids See Ghosts.

Disagree. I think it's thematically essential to ye.

Can we agree the Cobain sample was very well executed?
