Why does he need to be more specific?
Trump is failing. There is historic unemployment.
He's addressing 300 million people at once. The message should be simple.
He could roll out some brainy Warren-eqsue ultra-specific hyper-opinionated plan that appeals to effete liberal crypto-supremacists, but why expose yourself and risk getting picked apart?
Once in office, he can trust the granular stuff to former Obama admin officials.
In the meantime, just stick to high-level national messaging and work the local scene with Bloomy's money machine.

People have just become so intellectually lazy that they want the entire plan given to them in a tweet. Did anyone actually click through? Because, you know, there's actually the entire plan there if you do that.
