DcT put together a surprisingly great team. The Iron and Wine/Decemberists, and Band of Horses songs were good songs from artists I wasn't familiar with. Reckoner is fine. I liked the St. Vincent song (though I can't quite fully pull the trigger with her yet). I really liked that Dixie Chicks song my second time through. The Johnny Cash song was very sweet. Make it Rain and Seven Nation Army are both just excelent songs. I was a little disappointed with the Murder by Death song, but that's the only real low point on here.

Rangi came swinging out the gate with that great Puscifier song that I didn't even know existed. The rest of this mix was basically all new stuff. It hink Cypress Hill is irritating, but I liked the Nas song okay. Salmonella dub I could have done without. The rest of the songs were all pretty decent, but unfortunatley none made a bit impression--good enough to pass the time, but nothing I felt compelled to go back for. Except for the wolfmother song. I dont' like them very much.

I hate voting against Rangi cuz of The Humbling River, but in the end DcT is just too consistently good.

This will be a best decade tournament--6 tournaments in one. We will have a tournament for the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, and 2010->. The top two teams of each decade will face each other in the final tournament.

Each team for each decade will draft 10 songs in the traditional snake style. You cannot draft multiple songs from the same artist/group, but you can take songs from the same artist across multiple projects (so Eric Clapton solo and Cream would be fine)

We're going with a flat THREE hour time limit to keep things moving. So PM your picks to a proxy if you're within a few turns and are heading out/off to bed. If you are skipped you can pick immediately upon returning.  If you've been skipped in the past an hour is shaved off your time.  Lets keep this thing moving!
