i’ve been eating better and doing some exercising, but my belly fat loss has kinda stopped...I’m not going for a six pack, but I do need to work harder to get it toned a bit moreSelf wrote:Oh, it's nothing awful. Eating better is the key. That and strength training. At a certain point, there's only so much cardio is gonna do. It's best for health and maintaining.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:i’ve been eating better and doing some exercising, but my belly fat loss has kinda stopped...I’m not going for a six pack, but I do need to work harder to get it toned a bit moreSelf wrote:Oh, it's nothing awful. Whatever your comfortable doing. You don't have to go nuts. Low weight high reps will tone you up. Then the muscle will eat some calories instead of them getting stored as fat.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:what kinda strength training would you recommend? Right...I have two fifteen pound dumbbells with 4 small plates on each side I can take out to lower the weight...I need to find a good HIIT session for themSelf wrote:Whatever your comfortable doing. Re: The Work-Out Thread
I don't remember weighing less than 168 pounds. I must have at some point... birth, maybe?
But CHRIST what I wouldn't give to weigh 168 again.
