Eating better is the key. That and strength training. At a certain point, there's only so much cardio is gonna do. It's best for health and maintaining.

Whatever your comfortable doing. You don't have to go nuts. Low weight high reps will tone you up. Then the muscle will eat some calories instead of them getting stored as fat.

Right...I have two fifteen pound dumbbells with 4 small plates on each side I can take out to lower the weight...I need to find a good HIIT session for them
