Had the world's saddest sandwich today. Bacon & Egg, $8. For that price surely there's no way it will be a total disaster, right? Wrong. These fuckers slid luncheon in between the already trash bacon to pad it out. You know, that processed meat that looks like dog roll. Fucking criminal. Cunts.

looked through a ton of recipes and they all seemed pretty much the same but this one most detailed and so i followed it every step. Only mistake i made was the bread. I just got regular french baguette, and that was a bit too slim..ill get proper baps next time.

doused the whole thing inside and out with gravy. it was a sloppy messy experience..youd need to be wearing a rain poncho but it was glorious and i nailed it. will definitely be making this again especially during the winter months!
might get some small loaves next time and just pull out most the the interior bread and fill it with the beef.

Been thinking about creating a recipe for Italian ramen. Cook the noodles, then dunk everything in the pasta water (broth). Put in some roasted cherry tomatoes, basil leaves, thinly sliced onions, rosemary. Some very thinly sliced prosciutto and let it cook a little. I’d call it Phogitaboutit.
