To me it already is, and I haven't even heard the leaks.WtOB? wrote:this is gonna be so much better than backspacer.

I think this is reasonably likely.WtOB? wrote:this is gonna be so much better than backspacer.
I haven't listened to any leaks, but I feel like at this point it's just as likely that this album exceeds what I consider to be my extremely reasonable hopes for it as it is to fall short of them. And that's pretty easy for me to live with right now.Birds in Hell wrote:I think this is reasonably likely.WtOB? wrote:this is gonna be so much better than backspacer.
I mean, it's a relatively low yardstick, but still. I think it'll be alright.
A man has to make a lot of decisions in his life, and sometimes those he makes aren't very rational. Saying that, I'm choosing to believe there's a significant chance you're right. I say this hoping your praise comes more from the stip who considers Vitalogy to be one of the greatest records ever made than the stip who thinks S/T and Backspacer deserve spots at the top of the catalog.stip wrote:it's gonna be great
In a fit of wild optimism, I think it's going to be okay.stip wrote:it's gonna be great
it is not going to be their best work, but their best work is untouchable (except apparently by Led Zeppelin. even comparing Ten or Vitalogy to led zeppelin 2 is somehow offensive).Lament wrote:A man has to make a lot of decisions in his life, and sometimes those he makes aren't very rational. Thank you. Actually there is a lot of work to be done but the good thing about a garden is that it will wait, and plants grow anywaydimejinky99 wrote:enimmi wrote:Hello Dave.dimejinky99 wrote:Man I love you all individually, and as a group(harmless I'm just very fond of you)
But you're all losing your minds. Individually and as a group.
Hey Dennis!
Been sunbathing again eh? Rather your garden than mine.
