I watched Army of the Dead. It was ok. I know this is supposed to be a quick, fun movie without much character development. But I really want to know the origin story of the dude in the container. Also, I really think Dave Bautista is turning into a decent actor. I really like him and hope he continues to get roles.

It's like I watched a different movie. One of the more forgettable action flicks of the past few years, outside of the wonderful opening sequence

Army of the Dead - pathetic 'I Am Legend' rip-off disguised as Oceans 11.

Anyone looking for a zombie movie should see 'Train to Busan' instead.

well, i had fun. It had some cool action sequences, gory enough and the ending was powerful, specially knowing Snyder´s story.
We watched this last night. Two and a half hours just flew by. Love the way Vegas looked.

What's Snyder's story? Not super familiar with him beyond 300, but then again I don't usually seek out action/gore movies like that.
his daughter committed suicide a few years ago, so that ending was super powerful knowing that.
oh

Oh heavens no, worst one by a WIDE margin. Tom Hanks really does ruin everything.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
