I haven't commented in here until now because I wanted to let you guys finish, but I'm really impressed with how this went. I've been a big fan of WhatIf Sports for a long time and have used it for my own alternate histories, so this is a cool feature. I wish I knew more about baseball to effectively participate--I would have been more useful for an NFL or college football tournament.
Good job everyone!
Hey, thanks!

This should probably be a new thread though, right?

Yeah, I'll start a new thread once we decide on how soon we'd like to do it.
I get the impression that most people are ready to turn around and do it pretty soon, huh?

As much as I'd love to bask in my victory as long as people are willing to let me, might as well strike while the iron is hot.

I've formally requested that this thread receive a Global Announcement sticky so that every time someone opens a forum, they are reminded that you are World Champion, Skitch.

Well that wasnt the lineup though. That was just position by position fill in, starting with the OF b/c Ty Cobb

Difficult to say, in large part because I think we all drafted differently than we would have.

Yu Darvish was used out of the pen a whole bunch in the last tournament. What if you were to give them no choice and have nothing but SP on your staff?

The level of depth in the outfield for the Red Sox is crazy.
